1. Data controller

2. What we process and why

a) Contact form

When you submit the form we process your name, e-mail and message. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.

• Legal basis: pre-contract steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry (point (f)).
• Retention: for the duration of our communication and a strictly necessary period after, at most 12 months if no contract is concluded.
• Recipients: the message is delivered via a communication/notification tool (a processor).

b) Operational data (hosting)

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. For technical and security reasons the hosting provider processes common operational data (notably IP address, browser type, request time).

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Processor: Cloudflare, Inc.

c) Web font

For display we use web fonts loaded from rsms.me and Google Fonts. When the font loads, your IP address may be made available to that provider.

3. Cookies

This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track your behaviour. We store only one essential entry in your browser storage (localStorage) — your cookie choice — so the site doesn't ask repeatedly. It is not used for tracking.

If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we'll run them only with your consent. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings.

4. Your rights

Regarding your data you have the right to:

• access the data and a copy,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure („right to be forgotten“) and restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
